As a family business, we’re a small but dedicated outfit. We focus on quality over quantity, putting purity and taste above all else in our hand-crafted spirits.

We wanted to capture Britain’s wild and natural state in the form of a tipple; and what better botanical tipple than gin? Focusing on key flavour profiles from botanicals native to Hampstead Heath, for The Heath Gin, and native to Headingley, for Leeds 1893 Gin, we set out to celebrate our countries haven of unspoiled countryside.

The Public Spirit

The Public Spirit is a truly fantastic combination of five exquisite rums from the Caribbean, Central America, and South America.

Working with the best distilleries in the world, we’ve sourced and handpicked the finest single origin rums to create a completely unique, amazing-tasting, and incredibly smooth rum.

Diablesse Rum

Manchester-based Diablesse Rum was born out of a love for the Caribbean. Female owner Cleo Farman set about to do something different with this wonderfully, versatile spirit by blending three authentic rums from different parts of the Caribbean. Currently they create a delicious Demerera and also a Clementine spiced rum….

The Caribbean Golden Rum is a a 3 year old Guyanese Demerara rum, Diamond Distillery: Located on the banks of the Demerara river, this distillery was established in 1670 and makes its rums using molasses produced by the local sugar factory from 100% Demerara sugar. This rum is produced in the wooden Enmore Coffey still built in 1832 – the only one of its kind in the world still operating today. This rum adds a natural sweetness to the blend.

Diablesse Clementine Spiced Rum: made from single origin, 100% Demerara rum from the Diamond Distillery in Guyana, using locally produced sugar cane molasses and traditional pot and column distillation methods dating back hundreds of years. Naturally flavoured with clementine and a warm Caribbean spice mix of vanilla pod, ginger, cinnamon and clove.

Two lasses

Two lasses is a scratch made British rum crafted and conceived by two women. This beverage is crafted with passion and the spirited flair for the unexpected.

As the first ever rum brand to be conceived, crafted and bottled from scratch by two very gutsy women in Britain, the Two Lasses aim to salute the women of the World. Intoxicated and humbled by their spirited pluck, this brand celebrates the poise & grace of these beings.

Their carefully sourced ingredients and distilled spirits are a mix of childhood memories layered with warming spices and decadence on the palette. These elixirs are more than just a drink, they are a statement of character and might.

With Yorkshire spiced rum and Chocolate and orange rum to choose from, we love working with two lasses and creating warming cocktails for you to enjoy.

TEQUILAS

HACIEN Tequila

In Jalisco, Mexico, the founders first saw tequila drinkers pause between sips to appreciate the depth of flavour — as the locals have been doing for centuries.

A mark of respect for the quality of the tequila — at odds with the shot culture we knew from bars back home. They were converted immediately.

It was an experience they didn’t want to leave behind. It inspired them to bring premium tequila home to the UK and to create a new appreciation for this often-overlooked spirit.

The result – HACIEN. Named for the haciendas of Jalisco, where it’s sourced and bottled. Distilled from 100% blue agave, resulting in a natural sweetness. Smooth and subtle, yet full of distinctive flavour.

HACIEN is presented in three varieties – aromatic Blanco, barrel-aged Añejo Cristalino, and their signature bottle, a lightly infused Pineapple Blanco.

Sipped straight, on the rocks or crafted into a cocktail, spending time with HACIEN is about exploration – of flavour, of texture, of tradition, it’s an experience to be savoured.

Vodkas

58 and Co Triple Distilled Vodka

58 and co is a distillery that cares they want to make you feel wonderful about your drink and support people and the planet, eco-conscious, sustainably focused distillery producing exceptional IWSC award-winning spirits.

Their Triple distilled vodka, made with 100% British Wheat spirit and nothing else, is a smooth and incredibly clean taste with a hint of clotted cream and biscuit. Perfect with soda and a twist of lemon.

Royal mash Vintage Vodka

Hand crafted in bespoke 200 litre copper stills, the Royal Mash Master Distillery expertly removes the heads and the tails of the distillation, retaining only the purest part of the heart. Distilled only once, Royal Mash vodka retains the character of the ingredients thereby producing a spirit with both personality and purity.

Non-Alcaholic

We appreciate not everyone is able to or wants to drink alcohol, so we are proud to offer some amazing non-alcoholic options for spirits as well as soft drinks……

Caleño

Caleño was born out of personal frustration. Founder Ellie was on an alcohol-free night out with friends, getting down to some Latin funk. But something was bugging her. Why should not drinking mean not having fun? She felt uninspired by the alcohol-free drinks on offer and decided it was time to bring some joy to not drinking, so she created Caleño – a tropical non-alcoholic spirit, perfect for making those non-alcholic piña coladas or mojitos!

SOFT DRINKS/MIXERS

Twelve Below

Inspired by their local British produce in the Chiltern Hills, the founders of TwelveBelow started to develop a collection of natural low sugar tonics, sweetened with a dash of organic agave, and only 12 calories per 100ml serving.

With flavours including Rhubarb and Ginger, Pear and Cardomom, Apple and Garden Mint, Lime and Basil, Elderflower and lemon and your classic Premium Tonic, TwelveBelow have created not only the perfect mixer to be paired with our artisan spirits, they can also simply be enjoyed as a sophisticated standalone drink.

Sekforde

The world’s first and only mixers created for specific spirits. Sekforde was founded by Talula White, as a result of frustration that no mixers existed that paired to her favourite spirits. A lot of mixers on the market were full of sugar and masked the delicate flavours that distillers have worked so hard to develop.

There are four deliciously crafted mixers in the Sekforde family;
Sicilian Orange, Rosemary and Gentian Bitters – Pair with Bourbon or Whiskey
Lime, Mint, Rose and Cacao – Pair with Light and Spiced Rum
Aromatic Raspberry, Rose and Sage – Pair with Gin or Vodka
Prickly Pear, Fig and Cardamom – Pair with Tequila or Mezcal

Three talented artisans brought their skills together to create The Artisan Drinks
Company – the standout 100% natural mixer brand with a fresh take on pairing mixers with spirits.

Each of the Artisan Drinks mixers are created to complement a wide variety of spirits outside of gin, including whisky, tequila, sake, amaretto, bourbon and rum, adding an exciting dimension to cocktail creation. In addition, Artisan Drinks are the first mixer cans to come in a 200ml size, ensuring the perfect serve every time.
